Buttermilk mash
Method

Boil the potatoes in large pan of salted water, with the lid on, for 15-20 mins until soft.

Drain well, return to the pan, and mash until smooth.

Add the butter and Avonmore Buttermilk and gently heat until the butter has melted. Combine until smooth.

Add the chopped herbs and season with salt and pepper.

- 900g potato, cut into chunks
- 50g Avonmore Butter
- 100ml Avonmore Buttermilk
- 2 tbsp chopped mixed herb (parsley, dill, chives) - optional
