Summer Berry Freak Sundae
Method:
- Spoon 1 tbsp. crushed strawberries in bottom of sundae glass. Top with 2 scoops of strawberry ice-cream.
- Top with 2 tbsp. fresh strawberries and 1 tbsp. cream.
- Repeat layers to fill the glass.
- Top with cream and finish with freak toppings.
Ingredients
- 1 tub Strawberry ice cream
- 1 tub raspberry sorbet
- 1 tub Avonmore Summer Whipped Cream
- 125g fresh strawberries, cut into quarters
- 125g strawberries, crushed
- Freak toppings.
- 50g white chocolate chips
- Marshmallows
- 100’s and 1000’s
- Strawberry skewers
