Lactose Free Overnight Oats
Method
- Place the porridge oats in a mason jar and add the milk and honey or maple syrup.
- Close the jar and leave in the fridge overnight.
- Remove from the fridge and add your toppings.
- Can be eaten cold or heat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes.
Ingredients
- 45g porridge oats
- 125ml Avonmore Lactose Free milk
- Drizzle honey or maple syrup
Suggested toppings:
- Blueberries, raspberries & flaked almonds
- Apple, cinnamon & walnuts
- Banana, nut butter & granola
