Chocolate Banana Cream Pie
Method:
- Stir melted chocolate through the Dulce de leche, spoon 2 tbsp. Dulce de leche into the bottom of the glasses
- Spoon 2 tbsp. whipped cream onto Dulce de leche
- Layer sliced banana on chocolate Dulce de leche
- Spoon approx. 1 tbsp. biscuits on top
- Repeat layers to fill the glass, finish with a cream layer
- Top with chocolate flakes
Ingredients
- 8-10 oat biscuits, broken
- 1 397g tin Dulce de leche
- 2-3 bananas, sliced
- 1 tub Avonmore Freshly Whipped Cream
- 100g dark chocolate, melted
- 25g dark chocolate shavings
