Summer Eton Mess
Method
1. Place a layer of meringue nests in a dessert glass or bowl
2. Add a Layer of strawberries followed by Avonmore Freshly Whipped Cream.
3. Repeat above layers until the glass is full.
4. Top off with a large strawberry half for a beautiful burst of colour and flavour.
5. Relax and enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1 punnet of Strawberries (hulled and chopped)
- 4 meringue nests crushed
- 1 pot of Avonmore Whipped Cream
