Coleslaw
Method

Combine the cabbage and carrots in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the Avonmore Buttermilk, mayonnaise and mustard.

Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture, toss to combine and season with salt and pepper as desired.

Put in refrigerator and leave to chill for 30 minutes before serving.

- 1 medium head cabbage, finely shredded
- 2 carrots, peeled and grated
- 175ml Avonmore Buttermilk
- 120ml mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt & pepper
